Background Generator

Create your own desktop background by combining the patterns and text effects offered by this easy-to-use app.

A random color template will be ready for editing when you first launch the app. Above the same template you will find a small collection of images that can serve as templates. The tool refers to these as Image Styles, and there are seven in total: Colorful, Graphics, Galaxy, Changing Light, Poly, Dreamy, and Stripes.

Once you've figured out how to select patterns and text effects, you can move on to the sidebar-the tool's control panel. There you can generate patterns, select resolutions and colors, specify transparency, and add text to use with your preferred effect. Once you are done with this part as well, you can move on to generating the wallpaper. Look for the Save as JPG or PNG buttons, choose an output location and you're done - your wallpaper is now ready to complete your screen.
