AudioDope

AudioDope is an audio editor in which you can not only play songs, record from the microphone, but also do a lot of editing (copy, cut, paste, delete). You can also edit any part of the stream by adding sound effects and synthesize audio files. Third-party VST plugins can also be retrofitted.
