ASPhere

ASPhere is a tool primarily designed for creating and editing configuration files for ASP.NET. It can work with XML and plain text files as well. If you have ever dealt with web.config files, then you will agree that editing them can be quite a time consuming activity. This tool should make it at least a little bit easier. It offers a graphical interface for editing these files, an editor with XML syntax highlighting, intelligent contextual help, and other features such as file comparison.

ASPhere requires the .NET framework 2.0 installed.
