Ashampoo Cinemagraph turns videos into still photos with subtle movement. All you need is the video and, of course, Ashampoo Cinemagraph. The video should contain as little camera shake as possible, shots taken with a tripod are ideal. The program will then provide you with a brush to individually mark parts of the video that should either move or stand still.
