AntiCapsLock

 

AntiCaspsLock can block the CAPS LOCK key completely, or set it to behave like any other key (SHIFT, CTRL, Windows key). You can still toggle CAPS LOCK by pressing a key combination of your choice (e.g. SHIFT + CAPS LOCK). AntiCapsLock can also block NUM LOCK and SCROLL LOCK.
In addition, the registered version saves your settings and activates them when Windows restarts.
