AltDrag

AltDrag is a program that makes it easy to move and resize windows. When the program is running, you can work with windows without having to move the mouse to the edges of the window. Just press Alt (to move), Shift (to snap to the edges of the screen or to other windows), or Ctrl (to resize).

AltDrag is suitable for netbook users and other users who are not comfortable with the traditional window settings in Windows. The program is unobtrusive and consumes very little system resources. The icon for controlling it is located in the notification area.
