ABBYY ScanTo Office is a tool for converting unscanned documents into editable Microsoft Office documents or email attachments.

So you can easily edit any printed document without having to rewrite the whole thing. The application uses an OCR process to automatically convert printed text, and you can also select an image mode that converts documents to PDF format, which can include graphics, which is useful when designing and working with complexly structured documents such as forms or similarly structured documents.
