2 Pic

Many graphic image editing programs are available, such as PaintShop Pro, PhotoShop and Picture Publisher. So why use 2 Pic instead? Because it's much easier to use and it's free.

Programs like PaintShop Pro have many features, but you will need a lot of time to figure out how any one works. That's not a threat with 2 Pic. 2 Pic is designed to be easy to use and easy to understand. It has all the features clearly laid out in tabs.

The program is called 2 Pic because you can open two pictures at the same time and apply different functions and effects to them (and between them).

List of some functions:

• joining images
• gradual disappearance of images into each other
• adding frames
• applying various effects to images, e.g.: rotation according to a specified angle, mosaic, sharpening, negative, ...
• adding text with multiple layers
• adjusting the size (e.g. A4)
