The Zvěropis application is designed for:

• veterinary clinics, dispensaries and hospitals
• to manage all the agenda at a professional level
• it is suitable for both doctors with dispensary and for doctors practicing in the field
• management of patient agenda and accounting.

Detailed description of the application
The application is ready to process and keep at a professional level all the agenda arising from veterinary practice. It allows you to process and track an unlimited number of patients and accounting years. The program is suitable for doctors who have a dispensary as well as for doctors practicing in the field.

DICTOR

Evidence of past and future visits. Records can be made ?manually. And in addition, the program makes records from the patient's chart of each visit. If you list a future visit on the chart, it will also be recorded in the diary.

PAYMENT RECEIPT

You make a record of every action you take that you want to pay for on the payment record. You write down the acts performed, the medicines given. The entry made from the payment advice to the patient chart can be seen in a separate module of the patient chart. A single payment slip can contain any number of patient cards.

PATIENT CARD

Records of the examination performed on a particular patient. You can access the chart via the payment advice or the main menu. You record medical history, praesens status, diagnoses, procedures, treatments, medications, x-rays and notes. There is also a diary to view.

RECEPT

Record a patient waiting in the reception area for treatment. You select the patient who will subsequently be treated.

ORDINATION

The attending physician selects the patient from the reception desk. Makes an entry on the payment slip and in the patient's chart.

SALE

Sales of complementary products. Sales are debited from stock.

STOCK

On stock cards you keep track of the status of your medicines, their expiry date and batch. You can have stock with unaveraged or averaged purchase prices.

IMPORT RECEIPTS FROM SUPPLIERS

Import receipts sent from suppliers electronically directly to the warehouse.

TRAVEL BOOK

Evidence of motor vehicle operation using the logbook. In addition to the logbook, you can record auxiliary logbooks ? fuel consumption, repairs and others. It is possible to print summary data about the operation of the vehicle (time, km, number of km with distinction (business/private), total cost, average consumption, comparison of costs fixed for the vehicle and actual costs.

ACCOUNTING

The application includes double and simple accounting. Payment assessments can be converted to an accounting document by closing and saved in a cash journal or accounting journals.
