The Representation program is designed for the creation and recording of substitute teaching supervision and school activities. The program can be used as a network version with a database on a server or as an application on a local computer. The program uses the data created by Schedule when creating substitutions.

Program description

• Missing Substitution - creates a substitute for a missing teacher
• Checks the number of hours taught per week and month
• Assigns a substitute classroom in place of an occupied classroom
• Develops the teaching supervision schedule
• Provides for the planning and publication of school activities
• Reviews all substitute hours
• Mains track of non-scheduled hours
• Records overtime hours taught
• Accounts for pedagogical supervision
• Records school activities.
