Backup Personal Folders makes backing up your Microsoft Outlook data easier and faster. This feature creates backup copies of PST files in Outlook 2000 and above at regular intervals, making it easy to safely back up all your Outlook folders.

You can also choose which PST files to back up and how often.

Each PST file contains all of your Outlook folders, including the Inbox, Calendar and Contacts folders. Usually there is a single PST file in the application (usually called Internet Folders or Personal Folders in the folder list), but you can have an extra file for archiving (Archive Folders). Backup Personal Folders will allow you to back up any of these PST files.
