The tornado that completely decimated the once peaceful archipelago, trapping many residents under a pile of rubble, left the local mayor with no choice but to call in a professional rescue team. There is one small problem, however: The greedy, fat crook completely ignored any safety guidelines and squeezed the city coffers for all they were worth; thus, he expects total secrecy from the hired rescue workers.
