XDPH - checking unreliable payers is an application that allows you to regularly check the list of your business partners - either manually made or from an external file (e.g. MS Excel) or from the directory of the Money S3 economic system. If an unreliable payer is detected, the program allows you to send a notification email with an alert.

In order to make the fight against tax evasion more effective, the Ministry of Finance has introduced the institute of the so called unreliable VAT payer. This institute will allow to identify payers who seriously violate their VAT administration obligations (what it means for you in practice: if you take any goods or services from an unreliable payer, you will be liable for the VAT that he has to pay to the Tax Office).
