X-SQLT

X-SQLT Command-line Processor is an easy-to-use, fast and low-maintenance utility that allows you to perform data selections, conversions and complex transformation tasks using commonly available technologies such as ADO DB, MSXML and WSH, while supporting common data formats (XML, CSV, JSON) and transformations (XSLT, XPath, VBScript, JScript, etc.).

The utility conforms to the X-SQLT specification, which is an XML-based declarative language designed to describe a set of data exchange and transformation statements that can be executed over databases, data files, and structured documents.
