WPTimer is very easy to use. After launching the program, just select the folder with the images you want to rotate and set the time interval for displaying them. Then just press the "Start" button and enjoy the view of the changing wallpapers.

WPTimer offers a variety of settings. You can choose to have the images change randomly or in a specific order. You can also set the wallpaper to change every day, every hour, or even every minute.
