Word2TeX

Word2TeX gives you the ability to convert existing Microsoft Word documents into LaTeX formats and create new LaTeX documents directly in a standard word processor.
With Word2TeX in conjunction with Microsoft Word, you can easily create articles, technical reports, research papers, dissertations, and even entire books.
Instead of typing LaTeX commands, you can simply use the Equation Editor (or MathType) in Microsoft Word to create equations and easily click to insert an image or create a table. You can then convert your document to LaTeX format using this Word2TeX application.

Translates documents into LaTeX2e, LaTeX2.09, AMS-LaTeX formats. Word2TeX can be modified to produce any LaTeX-based format.
