WinOMeter

This small tool allows you to measure your activity while working with your computer.

Counts keystrokes on the keyboard, keystrokes on the mouse, and the distance the mouse cursor travels on the screen.

You can easily set the program to run itself immediately after Windows starts.

Each day's data is stored in the history, so you can create your own statistics of your computer work.

It is also possible to export the entire history to a CSV file (comma separated values), which you can further edit in spreadsheet programs such as MS Excel.
