Winlaunch

Winlaunch allows you to launch programs, open documents, web pages, folders, emails or execute system commands using custom keyboard shortcuts. These can be made up of any combination - including function, numeric or special keys. You can also set exceptions where shortcuts will not be used to avoid potential conflicts.

The application has a simple user interface and offers a step-by-step wizard to guide you through the process of creating shortcuts. Other features include support for the drag & drop method and clear reporting on successful or unsuccessful actions.
