Windows Registry Recovery

Windows Registry Recovery works as a viewer of physical files containing the Windows Registry. It allows searching and exporting to REGEDIT4 format. Security records can also be viewed for files containing NT registries. Includes tools to analyze important system information a binary data viewer with a value inspector.

Security Record Explorer
Displays all security records used in a given file. For each record, a counter,group SID, owner SID, a list of keys for which the record is valid, and a list of DACLs and SACLs with flags and permissions are created (For registries from NT systems).
SAM
Displays the computer's SID and SYSKEY portion of the code, local user and group account groups and their properties. The viewer is only available for registry files containing the SAM key from NT systems.
Windows Installation
Displays the system version, registration codes, installation date, installed software, and a list of applied patches. This viewer is only available for registry files containing the SOFTWARE and SYSTEM keys.
Control Set
Analyzes and displays all configured devices and displays them form the Device Manager. This viewer is only available for registry files containing the SYSTEM key.
User Data
Displays the computer name and user account as well as the user Start Menu. This viewer is only available for files containing the user part of the registry (NTUSER.DAT or USER.DAT).
Startup Applications
Displays a list of applications that run at system startup. This viewer is only available for registry files containing the SOFTWARE key.
Services and Drivers
Evaluates all installed services and drivers on the system. This viewer is only available for NT registry files containing the SYSTEM key.
Network Configuration
Displays all installed network protocols, services, and clients. It evaluates all defined network connections with their TCP/IP configuration.This viewer is only available for NT registry files containing the SYSTEM key.
Environment
Displays the environment variables of the system being examined. This viewer is only available for NT registry files containing the SYSTEM key.
Shell Folders
Displays all named system folders and their locations. This viewer is only available for NT registry files containing the SOFTWARE key.
Raw Data
Provides a full-featured interface for browsing uploaded files such as registries. It includes a powerful search engine and a great data viewer with many features.
