Webutler

Webutler is the ideal tool for webmasters. Your customers want to be able to log in on static HTML pages. Those who want to run small websites would definitely welcome a smaller CMS. Regular CMSs contain 90% of the features you don't need and you won't find the remaining 10% unless you log in every 3 months. Webutler will reduce these features to the minimum necessary.

Important note: Since version 2, Webutler has become bigger due to features. In the file "/settings/globalvars.php" you can disable any extensions that are not necessary for basic functionality.
