Web Developer 2006 version 1.3 is a development environment for writing applications in PHP and HTML where the program emphasizes efficiency and speed of work. In addition to the HTML and PHP code editor, Web Developer includes an integrated web browser, XML file viewer, Microsoft Office document viewer, and integrated file browser (Windows Explorer-type applications).

Also included with Web Developer are tools for web developers and web server administrators. For example, the UrlBuddy tool can check the availability of your web server at regular intervals and in case of its unavailability it will immediately send you an email notification, or this fact will be written to the LOG file and many other useful tools.
