VSLogonScreenCustomizer is a program that was developed specifically for customizing the Windows login screen, because how that screen looks doesn't have to be limited to wallpapers, screensavers and color themes. The program has a simple interface and clean look, making it easy to work with. This program allows you to view the current login screen and then you can easily change the background image by selecting an image from the disc.
