ViVeTool is a small utility running from the command line, where by entering specified commands you can start or stop hidden testing features of Windows 10 intended primarily for the Windows Insider Program version, e.g. you can activate the new Windows 10 appearance using the command (of course it must be run as an administrator):
"ViVeTool.exe addconfig 23615618 2"
and then restart the system to activate the new appearance.
