Video Capturix

Video Capturix is a non-linear video capture application. It also allows you to freeze the video into an image and save it to BMP, JPEG,GIF,JPEG 2000,TIF,PCX and PNG format or copy it to clipboard.

It also offers the ability to extract selected frames or all frames from AVI video files and save as BMP or JPEG files.
