VCD Cutter

VCD Cutter is a free program that allows you to extract parts of a video from a video CD. It is easy to use and you can work with it in these three steps:

1. Open the video CD you want to cut.

2. Select the part of the video you want to cut by using the Mark Start and Mark End buttons.

3. Press the Save button and save the cut part of the video to your computer disk.

VCD Cutter supports various video formats, including MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and VCD. You can also select the output video quality.
