Twitch Leecher is a small and fast Twitch VOD download manager. It makes it easy to search for currently streaming or finished streams using a few parameters (channels, URLs or IDs). You can download any public video without having to log in to your Twitch account. You only need to be logged in to download subscriber-only videos. Before downloading can begin, you must specify the save destination, quality, destination directory, and any video editing at specific times.
