Twistpad

Twistpad is a full-featured text editor and code editor for Windows. It can be used as a replacement for Notes or as an editor with a focus on web and software development. Twistpad supports a variety of syntax highlighting (colored keywords) for most popular formats (HTML, ASP, XML, C++, Pascal, etc.). Manipulating text in this program is no problem, it offers a wide range of formatting commands that make your job easier.
