TS Angličtina hrou I is the first part of a new series of multimedia interactive teaching titles designed for fun and effective English teaching at the first level of primary school. Its concept is particularly suitable for special school pupils.

It will find its use not only in computer classrooms, but it is also very suitable for everyday use in presentation teaching using a projector and interactive whiteboard.

The titles in this series are multi-platform, so they can be used not only on Windows computers, but also on Linux or Mac OS 9 and X (Apple).

With this title, children will learn their first English words very quickly. The range of vocabulary corresponds approximately to the first year of schooling. The vocabulary has also been selected with regard to their appearance in the most used school textbooks. Everything on the CD is fully voiced and spoken by native speakers. The assignments, instructions and translations are, due to the age of the children, spoken in Czech. Clear and funny illustrations help to remember English words quickly and permanently.

The teaching part contains interactive topics from areas close to children's hearts (greetings, numbers, colours, family, toys, school, my body, fairy creatures, animals, instructions, etc.). In this part, children will learn the pronunciation and spelling of each word. They will also, for example, look for pictures whose names they can hear or build words from scattered letters. Under the icon of the boy with the inscription "Try it out", there are various test screens in each section, e.g. picture recognition, name matching, spelling practice, matching pairs, colouring pages, jumbled names, make-up exercises, etc.

Games contains a total of six games. The Picture Lotto and Pexeso, which are divided into several categories, probably need no further introduction. In The Sorcerer's Apprentice, the pupils are asked to question each character and find the correct answer to the sorcerer's question. In the Enchanted Words game, they will search for enchanted pictures and texts as instructed by the fairy. The Setting Words game is aimed at practising spelling. Children build words from scattered letters. In the game Playing with Pictures, a cheerful clown awaits the children, whose instructions will help them to find the desired objects in the pictures.

Contests and Tests is the title of the next part of the title, which contains 5 different contests in several variations. Its aim is to test and consolidate the knowledge acquired by pupils through competitions. In addition to vocabulary knowledge, pupils will perfectly exercise their memory, observation and logical thinking.

Pictorial Vocabulary enables vocabulary practice in a similar way to the teaching part. However, this time the words are sorted alphabetically. Under each animated letter there are words starting with the selected letter. The spelling of each word is also practised in this section.
