Manipulation of already created items is also easy; using the mouse you can drag an item anywhere in the menu, moving items and sub-items is also no problem. The menu appears at the bottom of the bar (next to the clock), the program name and icon can be changed. Especially convenient if the Start menu is already packed to bursting - in this menu you are the master.
