With this program you can load even a corrupted mpeg or avi file, and then process the video to mpeg 1. Among its other advantages are its filters, with which you can remove the so-called "ghosts".

It also includes export to .avi, but is not fully optimized for that.

It can create a VideoCD that can be run even on weaker PCs, with maximum conversion quality.
