Titulky - Tlyčkán

The program is used to edit subtitles in *.sub and *.srt formats and convert between them. It includes all basic editing options (panning, rescaling, editing selected subtitles), merging and splitting subtitle files. It also includes a layout function, where the program calculates the scaling and offset by entering the times of the first and last subtitle. The program also now includes an avi and mpg file player.
