TimeServer a TimeClient

TimeServer and TimeClient are two programs that allow synchronization of system time between e.g. a server and computers in a network. The TimeServer must be running on the computer where the time is correct. On the other computers, TimeClient is best run after system startup to ensure that the connection to the server is established and the time is updated. After normal startup, the program will ask for the port and the name or IP address of the server. However, if we run the program with parameters like TimeClient.exe -host -port the update will take place automatically. The server name and port are entered after -host and -port without a space. If one of the parameters is not specified, the program will ask for it afterwards.
