ThisIsMyFile is a simple utility that changes the attributes of a file that cannot be accessed for reading or deleting. The reasons are various, e.g. the user does not have permissions to the file, the file is used by another program, the file is protected by the system, etc. this utility is designed to detect the application or process that is using the file and allow that process to exit so that the file can be deleted.
