Texture Perspective is a free and portable tool that lets you create textures based on real photos.
The app is very easy to use and offers a wide range of features, including:

- Loading files in JPG, PNG, BMP and GIF formats

- Specifying the location of quad points to mark the target area of the image

- Setting the grid size

- Saving the resulting texture as a graphic file

- Disabling grid display

- Copying and pasting textures/images

- Saving the texture in BMP file format
