Synfig Studio

Synfig Studio is a 2D vector and timeline based animation software. You can use this application to create full-length quality animations, web animations, commercials, etc. The program has a long list of features such as: support for many layers (filters, transitions, transforms, fractal and many more), spatial resolution -independence, temporal resolution independence, High Dynamic-Range Imaging (HDRI), pentablet-friendly tools, artist-oriented design etc. New features such as tools or frame-by-frame animation that expands the capabilities of this program.
