Splat

Splat is a program that allows you to create boot profiles that can include the following:
1) Launching applications, files, folders, URLs, etc.
2) shutting down processes
3) starting and stopping services. You can control the order and you can also insert two types of delays between actions: a) Time delay b) CPU-delay

Hotkey support is extensive; each startup profile can have its own hotkey or you can use one hotkey to run multiple profiles.
