Warehouse Management is designed for all companies that want to keep track of their inventory and stock card movements. Its importance grows with the use of the "Sales and Billing" program, which automatically maintains all receipts and dispatches. The stock management can also work completely independently. In this case, however, it is not possible to sell products, but only to stock them (at purchase prices) and remove them (at warehouse prices). Of course, it is possible to make transfers between warehouses. All stock movements are recorded in the main currency of the system (e.g. CZK), regardless of the fact that they were purchased in another currency (e.g. EUR) in the trading system. The conversion is carried out according to the currency exchange rate valid for the period. The system allows for additional rate corrections and recalculation of prices for all stock movements.
