Waste storage

The WASTE STORAGE 8 program is designed for deployment to any waste management facility. It has been developed according to user comments over a period of 10 years and currently has many of the necessary functions to meet operational and legislative needs, including various "specialties" for landfills, incinerators, salvage yards, scrap yards, raw material buyers, transfer stations, sorting plants, composting plants, etc.

What does the programme contain?

• The program allows the creation of a customer directory, general price list of waste and services, contract prices, group prices, vehicle registration including registration number plates, etc. It also allows invoicing of services (mileage, container rental, consultancy, etc.)
• From the data entered in the program, it is possible, for example, to print receipts for customers (receipts/receipts or dispatches/sales notes with cash payment, transfer or without finance), invoice, receive or issue payments from/to the cash register,
• track the current status of waste in stock/landfill,
• track the financial balance for collection/buyout facilities,
• export contracts to MS Word,
• print address labels for bulk mailings,
• track orders of your partners, etc.

On landfill-type facilities, the program automatically calculates statutory fees and financial provision and allows you to keep a landfill operating diary.

The program has a number of reports and printouts for monitoring and evaluating the waste flow.

Although the program includes many features available in many accounting systems (invoicing, cash book, materials inventory tracking, etc.), it is not a substitute for accounting software. However, to improve the user experience, we offer a full export of data captured in the WASTE STORAGE program to your existing accounting software with the option of pre-selecting analytical accounts according to your chart of accounts (see Account module). If you are considering replacing your existing accounting software at the same time for various reasons, we are able to recommend several quality accounting software programs that our programs work with.
