ServiceManager S5

ServiceManager S5 is an application for recording and managing service orders implemented as a Money S5 module. It is designed for companies engaged in service activities - computers, printers, copiers, beverage machines, work machines, etc.

Thanks to its incorporation into Money S5, it provides a direct link to the catalogue of products, addresses, documents and other lists registered in Money S5. The application itself then introduces several auxiliary lists of its own - fault dials, technicians, machine models, etc. Incorporation into S5 also allows various print reports to be created over orders in the same way as over any other S5 list.

Custom orders can be entered and displayed either in the classic Money S5 list or in the form of a calendar familiar from, for example, Outlook. In addition to basic data such as the address of the end recipient, dates of registration, expected completion, handover, centres, activities, etc., the order mainly records data on the machines to be serviced. The order is issued for one or more machines at the same time, and for each machine the type of fault, the technician carrying out the repair and the list of items used to process the order are then recorded. The application allows the display of available and missing quantities of products to cover all orders and includes a function for generating orders for goods used on orders. The order is closed by generating the target document - invoice, delivery note, sales note.
