ServiceCommander

ServiceCommander is a small but powerful application that allows you to easily manage Windows services. With ServiceCommander you can start, stop, pause or restart services, view the status of services and even change service settings. It is ideal for users who need to have control over their services but don't want to learn how to use the command line or Microsoft Management Console.

ServiceCommander is very easy to use. Just download it, install it, and then select the services you want to manage. The ServiceCommander icon will be added to the notification area where you can control the services.
