Service Manager

Service Manager is an application designed for companies engaged in service activities (computers, printers, copiers, etc.). It tracks a service order from reporting the need for service, delegating a service technician, to the execution of the order and its export to the Money S3 economic system.

The system works with three basic order types - "Paid service", "Warranty repair" and "Rental machine service". Depending on the type, the order is exported to Money S3 as an invoice or a stock issue. The contact directory, including their premises and stock management, is synchronized with Money S3.

Service Manager records machine models and contains a complete database of serial numbers of serviced machines. This makes it possible to track the history of service interventions of a specific machine.

The job card contains all the necessary data such as the address of the plant, model and serial number of the machine, description of the fault, date registered and date of call-out. The job also records the materials and spare parts used and the number of hours of service. Based on this data, the removal from Money S3 and invoicing is then carried out.

Service Manager has a number of overview reports used to evaluate sales and profitability, the basis for service technician salaries and the history and profitability of individual machines (on hire). A very useful report is also an overview of planned service performance, which can be grouped by day or by service technician.
