SeptimToMoney S5

SeptimToMoney S5 is a bidirectional data converter implemented as a Money S5 module. It works with a direct connection to the Septim database via ODBC and thus performs conversions between the two systems on-line.

It enables the following operations:

1) from Money to Septimus:
- Transfer of stock and list of items on that stock. Stocks can be transferred either from one selected warehouse or from all warehouses at once. The PLU value is exported from Money to Setpim as the product code, and the warehouse code value from Money as the warehouse code to Septim.

2) It is possible to transfer from Septimus to Money for the selected period:
- list of stock dispatches. These dispatches are transferred to Money in one document as a warehouse dispatch. The binding data are the product code in Septim (corresponding to the PLU in Money) and the warehouse code in Septim (corresponding to the warehouse code in Money).
- list of sales and turnover. They are transferred to Money as cash register receipts, with one receipt created for each cash register. The accounting of the sales made is done according to the account settings of each cash register, VAT, etc. which is part of the application. Client accounts and money routes from Septimus are also taken into account when posting.
