Program for simple control of selected devices using communication via RS232 serial line

Allows sending simple commands to the selected device using the communication settings specified in the SendCom.ini file. The program opens the communication port, sends the parameters and then closes the port again. The program does not check whether the communication was successful, nor whether the command was received and executed by the device.
