This solution is developed with a simple user interface in mind and with less knowledge in IT, technology development etc.

The advantage of using this solution is that the user just needs to lock the files at once using a hardware security dongle or a personal USB flash drive. Once the files are locked, they cannot be further manipulated until the files are accessed, whereupon the security hardware dongle or USB flash drive that you used to lock the data or files is required.
