You just need to have an FTP account with enough space for your file, and this little program will upload it to the server depending on your upload speed. If you don't own an FTP account, you can create a website for free. You fill in a name, password, address (e.g. ceneon.cz/web or ceneon.ic.cz) and possibly a folder.

You can add files to upload:

• by navigating to the startup file or its shortcut (only one file is possible)
• by moving to the program window
• insert with the shortcut Control + V

To send a single file, it is practical to create a shortcut on the desktop or in Total Commander on the button bar. Then you grab the file and drop it over that icon. You may not even know about the program until the tray area (next to the clock) tells you "Upload complete.". When you want to know the upload status, just hover over the tray icon or click on it. When the program uploads the file to the server, it will dump the address of that file (or files) to your tray, and you can give someone on ICQ the address to that file using Control + V. You can also upload multiple files at once, but it only works with moving the files to the program window, not to its icon. If the path doesn't exist on the server, it will be created. The settings are saved in the registry by default, but can also be saved in an INI file with the advantage that the settings are transferable to another computer and also if you use multiple FTP accounts, you can copy the program as many times as you need. The INI file is by default saved in the "appdata/Roaming/Fast Upload" folder, just press Win+R and copy this path here. From there, copy it to the program folder and each instance of the program will have its own settings.
