Framer is a program designed for web graphics, it creates transitions between two colors, it can create a complete transition frame thanks to transition arcs, which do not have to be only square. The resulting image is saved in the highest quality JPEG or BMP format. There are 7 drawing types to choose from. The new version speeds up the creation of arcs.
