RainmeterFreeze

RainmeterFreeze is a small tool that helps you save energy by freezing your Rainmeter skins when they are not visible. It does this by deactivating the skins, reducing their power consumption. RainmeterFreeze is very easy to use and offers three different modes that you can use to customize the way it freezes your skins.

The first mode freezes skins when any window is active. This is a great option if you are using Rainmeter skins that display information such as time or weather. The second mode freezes skins when the maximized window is active. This is a great option if you are using Rainmeter skins that cover part of the desktop. The third mode freezes skins when the app is running in full screen mode. This is a great option if you are using Rainmeter skins that are overlaid by applications in full screen mode.
