QIP Infium PafoPack

I will try to build this pack on the stable version of QIP Infium and on new plugin versions. It contains a selection of plugins that I consider the best and most useful, as well as various user modifications (xstatus, status, skin, sounds...). The pack uses the isolated feature, which is improved with a user friendly modification (thanks to Jean Pijon). If QIP Infium requires a password for the preset profile "profile", enter the password "profile". Thanks for any feedback that may lead to an improvement of the pack.
