Purge

Purge is a utility that, when run, starts scanning your hard drive and removing unnecessary files such as TMP, BAK and also files with no size. This application can detect temporary and unused files and remove them by itself.

There is an option to create a backup copy of the files before deleting them completely to avoid deleting some of the user's important files.
