The Rental program is used to keep records of borrowed material and for its possible later or continuous invoicing. It is possible to rent single items or larger quantities of the same type.
Due to these features, the program is suitable for scaffolding rental companies, construction tool rental companies or companies providing facilities for concerts or similar events. For each customer, goods can be rented for any number of customer events. The program allows multiple billing options for rentals. For longer rentals, invoicing can be done on an ongoing basis, for example, once a month, at the end of the rental period, or a combination of the two, with part of the material invoiced on an ongoing basis and part at the end of the rental period. It is possible to add and subtract goods freely. Newly added goods are then charged from the date of addition, but can also be charged from the start of the event.
